Yin-Peng Chiew

Director – Debt Origination

Yin is a Director of Alceon QLD and is responsible for real estate debt origination and execution.

Yin is a highly experienced real estate professional specialising in real estate credit and funds / investment management.

She has an extensive 17 years of industry experience and has originated and executed over $5Bn of real estate debt for AREIT, institutional, corporate and private developer clients, with previous relationship manager and origination roles at ANZ, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Qualitas.

Yin performed a lead role in the IPO of Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund where she was responsible for fund and product strategy, capital raising, and investor relations.

Yin has a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney.
