Stephen Patterson

Stephen Patterson has 25 years’ experience in real estate debt, equity and advisory.

Prior to Alceon NZ, Stephen held senior leadership roles at the Bank of New Zealand, PwC Corporate & Infrastructure Finance in Sydney and London and Lloyds Banking Group in Private Equity.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and Post Grad Diploma in Applied Finance from the Australian Securities Institute.
