Lloyd Jenkins

Lloyd has over 30 years experience across a broad range of property sectors including sales and leasing, development management and complex JV Structuring. Lloyd specialises in the area of multi sector Real Estate capital markets, feasibility analysis and transaction management with particular skills in deal origination and structuring.

Prior to joining Alceon, Lloyd held senior leadership and Executive positions with CBRE in the Pacific, including Senior Managing Director WA/SA/ACT and Head of Capital Markets WA. Prior to this Lloyd was Group Executive and Head of Investa Property Group’s National Commercial, Industrial and Residential development portfolio.

Lloyd has also developed significant experience in both residential and commercial construction while in the role of Executive General Manager at BGC Group (Australia).

Lloyd is a Licensed Real Estate and Business Agent in most States of Australia.
