Julius Rose

Julius Rose has gained experience across a range of sectors within banking and finance.

Prior to joining Alceon, Julius worked at a private lender for 3 years, where he was responsible for due diligence, modelling and analysis of equity investments, including the establishment of a neighbourhood shopping centre strategy and investments in large-scale mixed use projects. Prior to that Julius worked at Investec Australia for 5 years and gained experience across various divisions of the bank. Julius worked in direct property investments, however, his main focus was in real estate finance, where he was involved in deal origination, management and execution, including the sale of a >$300m loan portfolio.

Julius holds a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from Monash University.
